SHIPPING QUESTIONS

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Every item made by Century Diamonds is handmade, and it will take between 1 day and up to 2 weeks to make an item. Most items can be completed within 4-5 business days. Shipping time varies between 1-7 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  2. Does Century Diamonds ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship internationally to select countries on a case by case basis. We can only accept bank transfer for international orders. Payments made by bank transfer require up to two additional weeks to process.

  3. Am I responsible for lost mail?

    Every package is insured for the purchase price and will require a signature on arrival. We strongly suggest purchasing insurance for return packages sent back to Century Diamonds. The shipper may only purchase insurance and we recommend you to do so. If the returned package does not have insurance, you will be responsible for it.

  4. What carrier does Century Diamonds use to ship packages?

    Depending on the product purchased and the delivery method requested at checkout we will either use USPS, UPS or FedEx.

  5. Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?

    For security reasons, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card. If you would like a product sent to a different address than your billing address, please contact us directly and we can set up an alternate payment method.

 

ORDER QUESTIONS

  1. What is your return/exchange policy?

    We have a 30-day return policy and a lifetime upgrade/exchange policy. See our returns policy for details.

  2. I made a mistake in my order, or want to cancel after I already placed it.

    Please call us or send us an email as soon as possible. More likely than not, we will be able to switch or cancel your order. However, if the order has been shipped already, you will have to wait until you receive the package and complete a return or exchange.

  3. I'm uncomfortable spending "X" amount of dollars online, can you ease my concerns?

    Century Diamonds has been in business for over 20 years and selling online for over 7 years. We back every item we sell with a 30-day return policy, a lifetime warranty, and a lifetime upgrade/exchange policy. Every item we ship gets fully insured to ensure in the rare (1 in 10,000) chance that a package is lost your package is covered to the penny! Customer service and satisfaction are top priorities - our reviews speak for themselves!

    We adjust the pricing on our items quite often. Fortunately, we also offer a 30-day price guarantee. If a natural diamond jewelry or luxury item you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your purchase, please send us an email to notify us and we will reimburse you the difference.

  6. How do I pay for my order?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks (call to request), Money Order (call to request) and bank transfers, or Affirm for financing.  Items shipped internationally or those over $10,000USD require a bank transfer as payment. Certain custom orders will also require a bank transfer as payment. Century Diamonds takes your safety seriously; our site is encrypted with 256-bit security so your personal information is safe.

  7. When will my card be charged?

    Since your natural diamond jewelry goes into production the moment it is placed, we do charge your card the moment you confirm your order at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken. Please bear in mind that even if a payment fails to be authorized, some card issuers may still reserve the money temporarily.

  8. I forgot to use my coupon!

    Please let us know withing 14 days of your purchase and we can adjust this for you.

  9. Why was I charged sales tax?

    Century Diamonds charges sales tax in California as we have a physical location there. We wish there was a way around this, but unfortunately, there is not.

  10. How long does it take you to respond to my emails?

    We answer most emails within one business day. If you have not received a response within one business day, please check your spam folder or call us toll-free at 1-800-937-0377. Century Diamonds is closed on weekends and most major holidays.

  11. Do you offer Financing or lay-away?

    Yes. We offer both. To pay by financing, please select "Affirm" payment method during the checkout process. Please see the guidelines for our lay-away policy at www.centurydiamonds.com/lay-away.

  12. Is Century Diamonds a secure site?

    Yes! Our site is encrypted with 256-bit security so your personal information is safe. We never store your credit-card information.

  13. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks (call to request), Money Order (call to request), bank transfers, and Affirm if you would like to pay by financing.

 

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

  1. Are your diamonds natural?

    Absolutely! Each of our diamonds is a 100% natural diamond, not enhanced and not treated. Century Diamonds does not sell any diamonds or diamond jewelry that have been treated or enhanced in any way.

  2. Do you sell conflict or "Blood Diamonds"?

    No. Blood diamonds are against our moral beliefs. All of our blood free diamonds offered at Century Diamonds have been purchased through legitimate sources that are not involved in funding blood diamonds and are in compliance with the United Nations resolutions.

  3. Why are your prices lower than any other website or a local jewelry store?

    All our jewelry is designed and manufactured in-house, and our blood free diamonds come straight through the source instead of countless middle men. In order to offer our clients the best prices, we do not work with any diamond distributors or importers—we work directly with reputable mine owners, natural diamond cutters, and natural diamond suppliers overseas and pass the savings to our clients. We are confident that no diamond or jewelry retailer can compete with the low prices and quality of our natural, blood free diamonds; if you see a lower price elsewhere, let us know, and we will match it.

  4. Can you make me custom jewelry?

    Yes. Send us an email describing in depth what you are looking for. If available, send us a picture as well. Allow 2-4 weeks to manufacture and perfect your jewelry. In some cases, custom jewelry may not be eligible for returns.

  5. Do you offer a warranty?

    Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty on most of our merchandise. Send us the jewelry and we will repair it free of charge. Check our lifetime warranty page for full details on our policy.

  6. Do you offer maintenance and cleaning?

    Yes. We will clean your natural diamond jewelry free of charge for the life of the item. This is covered under the lifetime warranty. Check our lifetime warranty page for full details on our policy.

  7. Is your gold plated or solid?

    We do NOT sell plated gold jewelry. All our gold merchandise is either 14k or 18k solid gold.

  8. The ring I ordered is not the right size, can you fix it?

    Yes! Send it back to us and we will resize it. This is covered under your lifetime warranty. We do not recommend having the merchandise resized elsewhere, as they can damage your ring and doing so will void any warranties. Check our lifetime warranty page for full details on our policy.
